Acute treatment
Certain conditions (e.g., injuries, sprains, acute infections) require rapid and effective treatment. In such cases, the medical history takes approximately 15–30 minutes, and the medication is determined based on the acute complaint.
Treatment process
Constitutional treatment
A constitutional treatment includes a comprehensive initial anamnesis, which can last 2-3 hours. The aim is to understand the patient as a whole, then, through analysis and repertorization, evaluate the symptoms and determine a suitable homeopathic remedy.
Subsequent consultations (follow-up appointments) are held as part of a 30-60 minute therapy session, tailored to the patient's symptoms and treatment progress. Follow-up consultations are important because they allow for monitoring the patient's progress and reviewing medication prescription (selection and dosage).
Please note: For acute emergencies, two homeopaths are on duty every day from Monday to Friday so that emergencies can be covered on the same day while maintaining normal practice operations. Please call the practice between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. (the earlier the better) at +49 56 450 96 76. Whenever possible, you will be assigned to your personal therapist, but this cannot always be accommodated.
On weekends and public holidays, please leave a message on the answering machine between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Unless otherwise stated on the homepage, a therapist is available to assist you during this time, 7 days a week (please note emergency rates on weekends and public holidays, see below).
Insurance and cost coverage
Supplementary insurance
The costs of homeopathic treatment may be covered by health insurance through supplementary insurance for alternative medicine. Please check with your health insurance provider in advance to determine what portion of the costs will be covered by your supplementary insurance.
We are registered as homeopaths with the EMR, the EGK and Visana.
Please bring your insurance card with you to your initial consultation.
Treatment costs and tariffs
Treatment costs
Hourly rate: The hourly rate for anamnesis, repertorization, telephone consultation and email consultation is CHF 180.00.
Basic rate: The minimum rate for short consultations, telephone calls and emails is a flat rate of CHF 45.00.
From 15 minutes onwards, the normal charge is CHF 15.00 per 5 minutes.
Weekend and holiday surcharges
For (emergency) consultations on weekends or public holidays, a flat rate of one hour will be charged in addition to the anamnesis time.
Missed consultations / Cancelled appointments
Billing reserved time
Please understand that appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) will be charged the full amount for the reserved time. This also applies in cases of illness, accidents, and incidents beyond your control.
Reserved time for initial consultation: 3 hours
Reserved time for follow-up check: 1 hour
